• Take a selfie following the app's instructions
• Our AI system will compare it with your profile photos
• Verification typically takes 24-48 hours
• Verified accounts get a special badge and priority in matching

To delete your account:

1. Go to Settings in the app
2. Tap "Account" then "Delete Account"
3. Follow the confirmation steps
4. Or visit our Delete Account page for detailed instructions

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Our matching system uses advanced AI to connect you with compatible people:

• Profile Analysis: We analyze your interests, values, and preferences

2. Tap the three dots menu
3. Select "Report"

To cancel your Premium subscription:

1. Go to Settings in the app

2. Tap your profile icon

Refund policies vary by platform:

• Google Play Store: Refunds are handled by Google within 48 hours of purchase

To block a user:

1. Go to their profile
2. Tap the three dots menu (⋮)
3. Select "Block"

Blocked users cannot:

• See your profile
• Send you messages
• Match with you
• See your online status

You can unblock users anytime from your Settings.
