Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are established to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the location-based social dating service (hereinafter "Service") provided by Koreadating (hereinafter "Company"), and the rights and obligations between the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and uses the service.
2. "Content" means information (text, photos, videos, etc.) that members post, transmit, or store on the service.
3. "Paid Service" refers to services and items provided by the Company for a separate fee.

Article 3 (Display and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts these terms on the service's initial screen or connection screen.
2. The terms may be amended within the scope that does not violate related laws and regulations, and notice will be given at least 7 days in advance when amended.

Article 4 (Service Agreement Formation)

1. When applying for service use, agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy constitutes the service agreement.
2. The Company generally approves registration applications, but may refuse approval or cancel after the fact in the following cases:
   • Impersonation of others
   • False information registration
   • Children under 14 years of age

Article 5 (Account and Password Management)

Members are responsible for managing their account information and passwords. In case of unauthorized use, the Company must be notified immediately.

Article 6 (Service Use)

1. Members must agree to provide location information to use the service normally.
2. The Company strives to provide service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but service may be temporarily suspended for regular maintenance or other necessary reasons.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)

1. Payment and refund policies for paid services follow related laws and regulations such as the Content Industry Promotion Act.
2. Payment amounts, periods, and benefits are separately notified on the service screen.

Article 8 (Management of Member Content)

1. Copyright of content posted by members belongs to the members, but the Company may use it non-exclusively and free of charge for service operation and promotion.
2. The following content may be deleted or blocked without prior notice:
   • Illegal, obscene, or violent content
   • Infringement of others' rights
   • Other content that violates terms and conditions or goes against public order and morals

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)

Members must not engage in the following acts:

1. Impersonating others or registering false information
2. Harassment acts such as stalking, verbal abuse, or sending obscene messages
3. Acts of tampering with or modifying the service system such as crawling or reverse engineering

Article 10 (Contract Termination and Service Withdrawal)

1. Members can withdraw anytime through [Settings] > [Delete Account] in the app, and the contract is terminated immediately.
2. The Company may restrict use or terminate the contract after prior notice in case of terms violation.

Article 11 (Compensation for Damages)

The Company is not responsible for damages incurred by members related to services provided free of charge, unless there is intentional or gross negligence.

Article 12 (Exemption Clauses)

1. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service interruption by telecommunications carriers.
2. Disputes between members are resolved between the parties, and the Company is not responsible.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of disputes between the Company and members related to service use, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
